How often should I take my cat to the vet?
We recommend bringing your cat in for a wellness exam at least once a year. Senior cats or those with health conditions may benefit from more frequent visits. Regular exams help us detect early signs of illness and keep your cat feeling their best.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
- Cash
- CareCredit
- Apple Pay
We do not accept checks. If you have questions about financing or using CareCredit, feel free to call us before your visit.
Do you take walk-ins?
We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. While we do our best to accommodate urgent needs, scheduled appointments help us provide each patient with the time and attention they deserve.
What vaccinations does my puppy need?
Puppies should begin their vaccination series around 6–8 weeks of age and continue receiving boosters every 3–4 weeks until they’re about 16 weeks old. Core puppy vaccinations in Miami include:
- DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza)
- Parvo
- Bordetella
- Rabies
- Coronavirus (optional, based on lifestyle)
